spring

Well spring is here so beautiful outside. Along with srping comes allergies, you can def tell by the loads of amout of pollen out there its like the pollen seems to be caked on the items outside. The other day I was playing outside with my friends lil girl and she wanted to play baseball she grabed her plastic bat that was outside and i looked at it you couldnt even tell the bat was once red b/c there was soooo much pollen on it. In my quest to be green and make a change in mine and my familys life I'm on my way to reserach the kind of green meds that are out there for allergies and sinus in this spring season!
